Adding components that add more steps and complexity are not things I value too much, and this is a common result of my experiences when I have acted upon  the "next new thing, the must have to do."  As I get older, the more I realize that in the end, were all humans, and humans need to interact with each other....no matter what cool website, or online company thinks they can provide a client - nothing will ever replace human experience and interaction - so if your in business and or thinking of starting one, it's important to know the big value you already have  - that is if your human. :-)
