Has technology made us lazy or more productive? The answer is yes. With over a million apps available, most of which are free, why would you want to leave the house? Well I found some pretty good reasons why you should step away and take a breather. Taking a break from technology and the on-the-run lifestyle to which we're all so accustomed, gives us a clearer, more focused mindset to hang out with friends, or spend some quiet time alone or even play with a pet. When we're outside collecting some Vitamin D, we can also learn and enjoy a new skill or physical activity.

Some of these outdoor activities can vary. For some, it’s gardening, hiking or cycling. For others, it’s spending a full day making your own company signage. This last weekend I witnessed first-hand someone that takes pride in their work and does away with the commercial side of life when it comes to branding. Jeff and Angel Hallman, founders of Agent509 came together for a weekend of arts and crafts. When family and friends were done paying their visits, they gathered up plywood, paint, brushes, stencils and got to work. When all was said and done, I decided to look up the meaning of “Taking Pride In Your Work”.

“Taking pride in your work means to do your work not only with attention to detail but also with the goal of mastering it. To strive to be the best at your work. There was a time when things were not only made by hand but also made to last. This was called superb craftsmanship.”

The moral of this story is, is that we have choices. We can go the easy route by calling someone to have them design and create your image. Or, you can take the time to put some extra effort in all that you have worked so hard to achieve. If this type of representation is the way you like to do business, then you need to call upon us when your good and ready to sell or buy your next investment. We’ll always look out for your best interest and do business the way it was intended, with hard work and integrity.

Thank you for visiting Agent509. We looking forward to working with you.
