Hi everyone,

So as usual my approach is to lead by financing and being prepared..To begin with,what is a sellers house worth and what would they net?And with that as a downpayment,what payment gets the now buyer into the right home?Knowing this upfront is a great starting point..
Or what about keeping the house as a future asset?What would it rent for as opposed the payment?Can the seller afford that??And don't forget maintanence...Anyways,food for thought,and Darel at Peoples and myself are always available to chat face to face!
